2017 Spring Pet Faire Rescue/Shelter Registration Form

Please join us for our 7th annual Spring Pet Faire! As an animal welfare organization, you are entitled to one complimentary 10’ x 10’ booth that includes one 6’ table and two chairs. NEW THIS YEAR-we are inviting each organization to honor someone that has gone above and beyond to help animals in your organization or community. Every honoree will be called to the stage and presented with an award for their dedication to animals. Each organization will also be given a few minutes of stage time to promote their adoptable pets and the good work that they are doing in the industry. The Faire will include pet adoptions, music, food, pet demos, product and service vendors, raffle prizes and a silent auction.
